This platform supports functions such as remote equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, energy consumption optimization analysis, and AI anomaly diagnosis. It has been operating stably in over ten benchmark projects including Sinopec Yanshan Branch and North China Pharmaceutical Intelligent Factory for more than 24 months, with a system availability rate of 99.99% and an average cost reduction of 23% in operation and maintenance.
It is worth noting that Vitrus obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and IEC 61508 SIL2 functional safety certification in 2023, and was approved as a national high-tech enterprise and a 'specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative' small and medium-sized enterprise in Beijing in early 2024. The company's technical team is composed of senior engineers from Tsinghua University, the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Siemens, Honeywell and other international enterprises. The core patents of the company amount to 37 items, including 19 invention patents, covering cutting-edge fields such as control algorithm optimization, low-power wireless sensor networks, and digital twin modeling.
